LED LIGHTING
With the increasing energy cost in recent years due to climate change and market volatility, one of the simplest and least expensive approaches to reduce electricity consumption and cost is replace CFL lamps with LED fixtures. Besides saving in electricity, LED lamps have a longer service life than conventional lamp types, maintenance savings will be achieved through fewer lamp replacements.
We upgrade existing lighting fixtures to LED to reduce electricity consumption. Some locations such as stairwells and garage are equipped with sensor that is able to dim down when there is no occupancy and further reduce the electricity consumption.

EV CHARGING STATIONS
As Electric and Hybrid vehicles are becoming more accessible, and Canada’s plans to ban gas powered vehicles by 2035 is looming, Electric vehicle Charging stations are becoming more of a necessity than a luxury. We install electrical vehicle chargers at residential and commercial properties as the demand of EV charging has increased in recent years. We secured incentive funding and partner with EV suppliers that install and set up pay-as-you-go chargers easily.
