Energy Planning and Audit
We look at where your property is using energy inefficiently and work with your staff to suggest solutions that help improve or prevent excess consumption. We help you establish effective energy goals and the steps required to achieve them by conducting Energy Audit and advanced data analyses.
Consumption Reporting
We can review and submit your data to Ontario’s Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking (EWRB) for you, to ensure that the submission has met their requirement. Additional reports can also be provided to let you know how much energy & water your building has consumed, how much it has costed you and how well your building is performing. The reports compare the quarterly consumption and cost data of current year with previous year data, and the EWRB benchmarking data within Ontario.
Management and Implementation
We will work with you, your staff, and contractors to ensure that an efficient system is designed, installed and maintained properly in your building. We can help with tendering, design review, project management, and commissioning of energy saving retrofits projects such as LED, EV charger, Boilers replacement, Rooftop Makeup Air Units, Building Automation System.

Education, Training and Compliance
We conduct resident awareness and educational programs to teach building staff and occupants how to lower energy use and reduce waste while impressing upon importance of these efforts.
Financing
For both non-profit and for-profit buildings, we can help to see if there is funding available that provide grant and/or loan to assist the capital replacement projects needed to save energy in your building.
We work with you to understand and develop a budget suitable to your building’s needs. We will also explore available funding sources and complete applications to reduce your capital replacement expenditures.
